Required: 7+ years of leadership experience within a Publishing/A&R role with a demonstrated track record of successful signings & long term artist development. Bachelors degree is highly desired.
Required: 5+ years of leadership experience within a Publishing/A&R role, bachelors degree, good grasp of copyright laws, contracts, music licensing and rights management, and experience in publishing operations/administration.
Required: 5+ years experience in music sync sales for film/tv (experience with ad agencies, trailer houses, and video games a plus), including exposure to and/or activity in: selling, negotiating, closing deals and developing relationships
