A-Sketch is a music rights and artist management company based in Japan.
It hit music biz headlines in February 2025 after Universal Music Group acquired a majority stake in the firm from Japan’s Amuse Inc.
As a result, UMG now owns 66% of A-Sketch, with the remaining 34% owned by KDDI Corporation.
