In this role you will develop and implement paid media strategies and manage digital advertising campaigns on various platforms while optimizing performance in real-time
Required: 5+ years of experience in event production or video/photo production, or creative marketing ideally within the music industry but also relevant to other creative sectors
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with senior management and external partners.
Must have a deep passion for music, and an understanding of the music business, and passionate about growing audiences for artists and taking new and fresh approaches in the pursuit of growth
As a key operational lead, you will work closely with teams in the Europe, and Asia to ensure the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, audience development initiatives, and strategic partnerships
Should have a minimum 1 year of marketing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels internally and externally
Required: 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or creator marketing at a record label, distributor, artist management company, DSP, or marketing agency
Working closely with the Label Manager and Creative Marketing Coordinator, you’ll lead community engagement, artist campaigns, and content creation—going beyond social media to build meaningful relationships around our music
