DIGITAL CLIENT LEAD

Overview
237 Global is looking for a self-motivated Client Lead to join our Digital Department to oversee the growth strategy and planning for our clients’ direct-to-fan applications & communities. We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to all facets of our mobile applications as well as other digital products and service offerings. This candidate will help us work toward our goals of leveraging fan data to drive revenue, provide excellent client service, and constantly improve the user experience.
If you work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are interested in leveraging technology to connect fans with their favorite artists & creators, you could be the person we are looking for to fill this important role. Candidates must be confident and comfortable leading client meetings and managing and executing timely deliverables with client teams and key stakeholders.
Position Details
- Liaise with artist teams to build subscription and membership offers
- Work with the Digital team to draft and create fan communication plans, including email blasts, push notifications, and text messages
- Upkeep message boards and fan deletion requests in our artist apps and manage artist and user content in our in-app feeds
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to challenges and issues with apps & clients in real-time as they occur
- Assist in gathering app content and data including fan trending topics and upcoming important events
- Build and maintain relationships with client teams to ensure they are fully supported and can utilize the app as an essential part of the artist/creator brand marketing
- Assume responsibility for end-to-end execution of each assigned app, including communicating with client teams, internal app development team, customer service, finance, and fans
- Pull data reports from our apps and compile into comprehensive reports to be distributed internally and externally
Job Requirements
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Creative writing skills and ability to compose clear and concise copy
- Strong proofreading skills with the ability to read over a high volume of posts and catch errors
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
- Client-facing experience a must
- Experience managing email campaigns, project management, and design preferred but not required
