Job Description

237 Global is looking for an HR Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Position Details:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture
  • Oversee talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of candidates
  • Develop strategies to retain talent and reduce company turnover
  • Lead the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting continuous improvement
  • Oversee the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation and reward systems
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and transparent process
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, advising the leadership team on legal matters related to HR
  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional growth
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work strategically while managing tactical HR operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex employee relations issues
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
