Minimum of 1 to 2 years of prior work experience at a record label, music publishing company, or licensing agency, with synchronization or related licensing experience
This position requires a deep understanding of the sync landscape, strong relationships with music supervisors, brands, and creative agencies, and a passion for elevating the company’s music through thoughtful placement strategies.
Required: an understanding of royalty statements and core royalty functions, ideally in a music environment. Previous experience in a royalty accounting and distribution environment.

The position requires a keen attention to detail, willingness to learn, strong organizational ability, and a demonstrable understanding of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
Seeking an experienced music copyright administration (minimum 2+ years experience) preferably in income tracking or copyright roles, who has worked across all major revenue streams and with experience in dealing with CMOs and partners
