To qualify, you have experience and understanding of the various sides of the music industry between artist management, the rights side of the business, touring, and artist marketing
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a social media role in the music/entertainment space, and a track record of driving digital audience growth and engagement across multiple social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Facebook and YouTube
This position requires strong organizational skills, music industry knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of our creative sync services
Required: Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience within the music industry in a royalty capacity, and a bachelor’s degree (music business or related field preferred)
You will learn about the flow of royalties, pitfalls of data, facets of different rights types, how to read publishing/record deals and everything needed to assist clients throughout the deal process and beyond
Required: At least 2 years of previous experience in artist management, a record label, music publishing, or another relevant role in the music industry
Required: minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the music industry (record label, artist management company, agency, creative studio, etc.), demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Required: at least 7 years experience in a senior buying role within a multi-regional or global retail business, ideally in the music or lifestyle sectors
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, along with 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting.
Required: 15+ years of experience in marketing technology, with a strong track record in marketing operations or enablement, and proven expertise in developing and implementing marketing tools and within a multinational company.
