Overview

MNRK Music Group is hiring a Coordinator to provide administrative and project management support to the UK & International Artist & Label Services team in London. As the Coordinator for this team, you will track and report on campaign performance, develop and request various project materials, maintain, and organize campaign results and data, and serve as the conduit between team members and departments.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to learn how all departments in a global record label works across all genres and has the drive and work ethic to progress within the MNRK Music Group family.


What You Will Be Doing:
  • Support with the day-to-day admin of the UK label across all areas
  • Provide research and analytical assistance to the team
  • Help with the A&R administration and the production delivery, including rights registration
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to support administrative timely campaign rollouts
  • Foster open communication across the MNRK Music Group departments with UK, US & International teams by working collaboratively
  • Creating and distributing routine performance reports and metrics to management to track the success of campaigns
  • Requesting and organizing creative assets needed for marketing campaigns
  • Helping to create content concepts for artist/bands to support releases
  • Processing invoices and Purchase Orders (PO’s) for partners and vendors
  • Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed

What Makes You Qualified:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • A high level of attention to detail and time management
  • A problem-solving mindset with creative thinking in input
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous internships or experience at a record label is a plus
