Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping out project plans and timelines, managing project execution, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure that projects are implemented and completed as planned.
Projects will involve engagement with finance, royalty and other teams within the organization. Excellent planning and organizational skills, proven experience in project management, and proficiency in project management software and methodologies are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including timelines, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project execution and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate project progress to ensure that tasks are completed according to plan.
- Identify and manage potential issues or risks and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Motivate project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder performance.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, project management software and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are often preferred.
- Music/entertainment experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in an evolving workload.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
