LOCATION: NYC/Brooklyn local. Hybrid Role (3 days in office per week)
HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hrs/week
CONTRACT TERM: Immediate Start > August 2025 – 6-month fixed-term contract

6-MONTH CONTRACT COMPENSATION PACKAGE
TOTAL COMPENSATION: $31,000 USD – pro-rata total from $62,000.00 per annum

THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to join a business experiencing immediate growth, working across our global business in a newly created position.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the position of Creative Resource Manager is the operational and logistical arm of the Creative department. It is your responsibility to make sure that every project is delivered on time, with the maximum ratio of quality to efficiency.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Collaborating with Operational Project Managers, Creative Coordinators, and department heads to ensure the Creative pipeline remains on schedule
  • Monitoring workloads and team capacity to balance project demands
  • Efficiently distilling and communicating project-specific information, needs, and requirements to the Creative department & other SUPER departments as necessary
  • Ordering and organization of vendor samples for ease of Creative team reference
  • Managing project management tools like Monday.com to track progress, deadlines, and resource allocation across projects, as well as ensuring that potential bottlenecks are forecasted for proactive future planning
  • Managing the transcription and upkeep of Creative processes on the Trainual platform to facilitate smooth onboarding for future creative hires
  • Spearheading the internal organization of creative resources, files, templates, and shared tools on collaborative workspaces like Google Drive, Canva, and Monday.com
  • Evaluating and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and workflow of the Creative team
  • Working with the Creative Assistant and Creative Coordinators to create and maintain SUPER portfolio of creative works from past clients and projects
  • Maintaining relationships, scheduling, and organizing logistics surrounding recurring and contracted hired help for the SUPER Brooklyn Office Space (including cleaners, maintenance people, stock orders, etc)
  • Acting as a sounding board for the Creative team, helping to move the creative vision toward the client or company goal
  • Handling Creative department scheduling and organizing relevant meetings aligned with project deadlines
  • Working closely with Operations to manage internal and external resources across all proposals and active projects

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES

Candidates must be proficient with industry-standard software and tools, including:

  • Google Suite (docs, sheets, drive)
  • Monday.com (or a similar project management tool like Asana or Air Table)

Candidates who have an understanding of the following creative and operational software programs and platforms are preferred, but not required:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After-Effects)
  • Canva
  • CAD Software (Autodesk, SketchUp, etc)
  • Trainual

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS

Candidates should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience doing production, operational, or administrative work, with a strong preference for those who have worked within or alongside Creative teams and have experience within the live events industry. They should be highly confident in organizing pipelines across large projects and teams. Experience across international markets would be highly advantageous.
