Title: Product Manager
Location: Hybrid, Southwark, London UK (we are only accepting candidates from the UK for this role)
Salary: Competitive/depending on experience
Overview
An opportunity has opened up at Lane 8’s record label, This Never Happened. Since launching in 2016, the label has become a respected voice in melodic house music — working with artists like Sultan + Shepard, Le Youth, Massane, and Otherwish, alongside a growing roster of emerging and established talent.
With four full-length albums from Lane 8, including his most recent release Childish, the label has built a dedicated following and strong support across the electronic music community. TNH is a regular fixture on SiriusXM Chill and continues to feature consistently across key editorial playlists.
This Never Happened operates in partnership with Involved Group, based out of their London office. Involved is home to Anjunabeats, Anjunadeep, Anjunachill and Involved Management — representing artists such as Lane 8, Seven Lions, and Dusky.
This is a great time to join a close-knit team that cares deeply about the music and the artists we work with. You’ll also be part of the wider Involved Group, with access to a broader network and infrastructure across one of the most established independent label teams in electronic music.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the team at This Never Happened. You’ll help guide the journey of our artists’ releases from planning through to execution — working closely with the team to keep things moving. The role supports the Label Manager and wider team across day-to-day operations, while also leading on specific campaigns and projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of This Never Happened and the recorded music space, a calm approach to problem-solving, and an appreciation for what makes music connect beyond just numbers or trends. A genuine interest in community, storytelling, and building deeper connections between artist and fan is key.
