About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience across Graphic Design, Video and Motion Design who’s passionate about creating visually striking content and thrives in a fast-paced, creatively charged environment.

Working closely with our marketing, brand, content, and production teams, you’ll help bring releases, campaigns, artist stories and digital assets to life. Experience in the music industry or a similarly creative field is a big plus — if you love electronic music culture this is right for you!


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing a wide range of visual content across digital, print, and social.
  • Creating motion graphics and animated assets for campaigns, social media, and artist content
  • Editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as long form content.
  • Producing album art, event branding, pitch decks, merchandise design, and more.
  • Collaborating with our in-house and external teams to bring creative concepts to life
  • Supporting marketing and content efforts with eye-catching, on brand visuals.
  • Staying current with design and social media trends, especially within the music and entertainment sectors

What We’re Looking For
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience
  • Strong portfolio with work that spans both graphic and motion design.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and content creation for social media
  • Basic knowledge or interest in 3D design tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, or Adobe Dimension)
  • Understanding of various social media formats and how to optimise content for them.
  • Great time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in music, youth culture, and visual storytelling.

Bonus Points For
  • Hands-on experience in the music industry, a record label, creative agency, or similar.
  • Animation skills beyond basic motion graphics.
  • Photography and/or live event content creation experience.
  • Creative input on branding, visual identities, and campaign ideation.
