Klipsh Used to be a Great company with Many Great sounding Products..
Yet..
If they Can't Produce Nor Provide Decent customer service on their "basic T-5 II wireless headphones
Bought back in June 2022
Didn't work/hold charge from beginning
Finally recieved replacement 4 months after..except replacement right side doesn't work & App Can't Sinc
So here I am 6 months in
Where I Kind of can Only use the Left side BT T-5 II headphones
Last contact with their customer service
( via email is well over a week ago..when they suggested reseting the headphones and re draining fully battery in headphones which I did in this set and original set last June)
Seems Klipsch Abandons their customes
And to think..how I wasted nearly 30 years having sold Klipsch Products
Before having to retire due to Disabilities

ROFL...
The other issue regarding the MCL-905, it's really a KPT product, meaning that it's a very high output and designed to be used with surround speakers that actually have a high end.
Color me chagrined.

Catherine,
You're being kind. Shudder.
I was thinking "Hank Hill" but close enough.
Best,

Alas, it will be the first frosty Friday in July before they grace my home. Aesthetically, uhm, no. Just no. Klipsch makes lovely speakers, but these look like "Sam Hill."
